Accountant

As an Accountant at Orbis Real Estate Partners, Ms. Delabar is integral to our financial operations, focusing on financial analysis, accounting, and reporting for various projects, as well as corporate accounting. Since joining the team in early 2022, Ms. Delabar has applied her extensive experience in commercial property management to manage and oversee financial processes with precision.
Ms. Delabar’s background includes a significant tenure as a Portfolio Accountant in the Los Angeles area, where she handled financial responsibilities for high-profile properties such as the Oppenheimer Tower and the LA World Trade Center. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of accounting functions, contributing to accurate financial reporting and strategic financial management. Ms. Delabar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Her deep understanding of financial operations and commitment to excellence are key to supporting Orbis Real Estate Partners’ financial objectives and project success.

Amy Liu

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

At Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mrs. Liu plays a crucial role as both Executive Assistant and Office Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of organizational functions and delivering essential support to our C-suite executives. With over 8 years of administrative experience, Mrs. Liu expertly balances her responsibilities, combining her skills in executive support with effective office management to enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive work environment. Mrs. Liu’s extensive administrative background and dedicated approach make her an invaluable asset to Orbis Real Estate Partners, driving both executive efficiency and overall office effectiveness.

Will Johnston

Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst, Mr. Johnston supports the team in seeking new acquisition opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and plays a key role in the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing process of acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Johnston works directly with the partners in the tracking and managing of current projects throughout the entitlement, development, and operating phase of each investment. Prior to joining Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mr. Johnston worked at HFF as a capital markets analyst, assisting the team in the underwriting and marketing of office and industrial assets. While at HFF, he was involved in the sale of over $200M of industrial and office assets throughout the greater San Diego area. Mr. Johnston earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Asia Reeves

Development Analyst

As the Development Analyst, Ms. Reeves supports the team in all phases of development, including due diligence underwriting and entitlements, through construction and capitalization. Focusing on Project Management, Ms. Reeves assists and works with public agencies, consultants, contractors, and partners. Prior to Orbis Real Estate Partners, Ms. Reeves worked at Whiting Turner Contracting Company for 2.5 years, managing the construction of a $4 Million and $100 Million project for a High-Profile client. Ms. Reeves earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Christine Hu

Accountant

As an Investment Analyst at Orbis Real Estate Partners, Ms. Hu supports the team in standard financial analysis and accounting including planning, budgeting, cost control and reconciling. Ms. Hu provides supports with capital expenditures, operating records and financial reporting preparation. Ms. Hu effectively works alongside all team members and accomplishes business objectives as delegated from supervisor. Ms. Hu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Andrea Dunham

Chief of Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mrs. Dunham plays a crucial role in advancing the company’s vision and strategic direction alongside the two principals and CFO. With over twenty-six years of real estate and executive experience, she oversees day-to-day operations, driving process improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of innovation. Mrs. Dunham is integral to strategy execution, client relationship management, and team mentorship, showcasing exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Her background includes serving as a fractional CFO for various clients across real estate sectors and holding executive roles at Greenlaw Partners and Makar Properties, complemented by a strong foundation from Ernst & Young in Assurance and Advisory Business Services. Mrs. Dunham holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and actively participates in CalCPA and the AICPA, and is also a council member of the Ernst & Young Alumni and a financial council member of Saints Simon and Jude.

Crissy Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

As the Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations of Orbis Real Estate Partners, Ms.Johnson is responsible for overall management and operational responsibility for the company’s accounting, finance, cash management, tax, risk management, information technology, reporting, human resources, and administrative functions. With over 15 years of public and private accounting and finance experience, Ms. Johnson has held multiple roles at LBA Realty, Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK), and Ernst & Young, focusing on fund oversight, accounting, financial modeling, investor relations, SEC Reporting, audit and portfolio management. Ms. Johnson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Ms. Johnson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Tom Money

Partner

Mr. Money, a Founding Partner of Orbis Real Estate Partners, oversees all aspects of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio which includes industrial and retail development and investment opportunities located in the western United States. Mr. Money manages the company’s real estate strategy, market strategy, acquisitions, development, construction and asset management as well as all financial aspects of the company. Mr. Money is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and building the strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across the company. Prior to Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mr. Money was Vice President of Acquisitions of CT Realty Investors, during which he acquired and/or developed in excess of 8 million square feet of commercial assets throughout the western United States. Mr. Money earned a Bachelor’s degree in Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California.

Grant Ross

Partner

As a Founding Partner of Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mr. Ross is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company, including acquisition and evaluation of investment and development transactions, negotiation and preparation of leases, contracts, zoning applications, compliance documents and construction and portfolio management. Mr. Ross utilizes his depth of knowledge of the Company’s real estate markets to identify opportunities and to meet the development and operational needs of the organization, while maintaining a broad range of industry relationships with property owners, landlords, sellers, developers, brokers, lawyers and others. Prior to Orbis Real Estate Partners, Mr. Ross was a senior broker at CBRE, during which he won several awards and contributed to the execution of $1.5 Billion of cumulative transaction value. Mr. Ross played an integral role in excess of 30 million square feet of commercial asset transactions and 1,500 acres of land acquisitions. Mr. Ross received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona.
